Who owns triple eight racing

Triple Eight Race Engineering has announced leading businessman Tony Quinn has become a major shareholder in the champion team. Quinn, one of Australia's leading businessmen and entrepreneurs, notably founded pet food company V. Petfoods and revitalised Australian confectionery icon Darrell Lea. The news also coincides with Roland Dane stepping back from his roles as Managing Director and Team Principal at the end of Seven-time series champion Jamie Whincup will also retire from full-time driving at the end of the new season , and will take over as Managing Director and Team Principal from Quinn has purchased a 40 per cent stake in Triple Eight, which has been the series' benchmark team for over a decade.

I even drove in a race! This claim to fame came in the Queensland in when it just so happened that a young driver with considerably more talent than I also made his category debut — none other than Jamie Whincup. Throughout, one team has consistently been where any passionate race team needs to be — winning. So Triple Eight was quite an easy choice. As we know, there are management changes afoot; however, these have been carefully planned and the transition process is lengthy, allowing Jamie and Jessica appropriate time to adjust to their new roles.

Both Roland and I are confident that the team will continue their winning ways, and I have absolute and unwavering trust. You've accepted analytics cookies. You can change your cookie settings at any time.
